Holding a plank for a set amount of time is hard to do! Encourage your kiddos to "beat the clock" by earning equal time for free time activities. Challenge your kiddos by playing "bean bag hockey" as they face each other holding the plank position while trying to shoot the bean bag through the other persons elbows.
