Shipping policy
For all US orders, there is a flat rate based on your order amount. Stencils ship in full-size and are subject to high shipping rates at this time. Please contact us to confirm your shipping charges if they seem high. We will see what we can do to economize!
Larger orders may be subject to additional handling or freight charges, depending on items ordered and the most economical shipping method available, which may be by freight carrier. We will contact you after your order has been placed if these fees will apply.
Due to high order volume, raw material shortages, and delivery delays, our shipping time frames may be impacted at times.
- SUPER STICKERS®, ROLL-OUT ACTIVITIES®, REUSABLE STENCILS, Spray Paint, and Game Pieces — Orders typically ship within 5 - 10 business days.
- PAINT SUPPLIES — Sherwin-Williams will contact you directly to arrange delivery where available. Due to material shortages, paint deliveries may be delayed significantly.
- LARGE OR BULK ORDERS — larger orders may require additional production lead times and alternative shipping arrangements.
