Do you ship to my country?

Fit and Fun Playscapes can now ship to most countries and are continually working to expand our reach.

How long does it take?

Once your product is ready for shipment, orders placed online typically take between 2-4 weeks to arrive. Orders placed via our International Ordering Affiliate may take between 1-4 months to receive.

Please contact us directly for specific shipping time frames depending on your location and product.

Are there any restrictions on what I can order?

Currently, we are unable to ship items from our Paint & Supplies collection outside of the continental United States.

Can I cancel my order?

Because our products are custom prepared upon ordering, all sales are final.

How do I calculate the cost to ship items to me?

Once you add items to your cart, you will be able to see what your landed costs will be prior to completing your checkout. Check out using a credit card, debit, or PayPal, any duties or tariffs due will be collected at time of delivery.

If you would like to pay with a Purchase Order, Fit and Fun Playscapes will connect you with our International Ordering Affiliate who will discuss your order, the shipping options available, costs and timeframe for delivery. Please note, if you plan to pay with a Purchase Order, a minimum $500 purchase is required.
